Job summary

RDR, Inc. supports a National customer with SETA services in Cyber Security and IA management. The role focuses on standing up ConMon programs, RMF implementation, and A&A documentation to sustain authorization for systems.

The candidate should have a TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance, DoD 8570 IAT/IAM certification, strong communication and team skills, and experience with RMF/NIST controls, ConMon processes, and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Current U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and favorably adjudicated polygraph.
• DoD 8570 certification in IAT or IAM.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communications skills (oral & written).
• Self-starter requiring limited direction and supervision.
• Experience implementing RMF and NIST 800-53 controls with A&A documentation.
• Experience as ISSO/ISSM/SCA/DAOR.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports ISCM Program Lead and Validator Lead in standing up the ConMon program.
• Develops ConMon validation process improvement activities.
• Validates ConMon BOEs for efficacy in the ConMon tool.
• Mentors ISSOs on ConMon BOE language fidelity.
• Mentors ISSOs on fidelity of ConMon BOEs.
• Assists SCAs, FISMA and IG Teams in examining BOEs for official reporting.
• Identifies and provides metrics for AO/DAOs to support authorization decisions.
• Initiates studies to improve ConMon reporting metrics.
• Recommends improvements on ESS tool implementations.
