Qualifications

• Arborist/horticulturist with 3-5 years in arboriculture.
• Two- or four-year degree in a green industry preferred.
• ISA Certified Arborist required.
• Knowledge of Nevada trees, plants, and horticulture.
• Leadership, crew management, training, and equipment maintenance.
• Adheres to ANSI and OSHA tree industry regulations.
• Excellent sales and communication, customer service.
• Strong people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL valuable.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish valuable.

Responsibilities

• Sells arboricultural services; provides sound arboricultural recommendations to residential or commercial customers.
• Responds to client inquiries and markets the organization.
• Maintains and grows accounts within the territory.
• Knowledgeable in tree care, hazard evaluation, pest management, and industry practices.
• Estimates time/cost for crews; drafts proposals.
• Schedules work and dispatches crews to complete projects.
• Supports District Manager in operations.
