Job summary

The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a career-minded Sales Professional to manage an assigned Territory. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of proven sales success, with knowledge of tree care and arboriculture. Responsibilities include selling tree care services, inspections, and ensuring safe completion of pruning or removal projects.

Compensation ranges from $100K to $200K with commissions and bonuses. Benefits include company vehicle, healthcare, 401(k), and development programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales and communication skills and customer service follow-through.
• ISA Certified Arborist required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly valuable.
• Two or Four-year degree in a green industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell arboricultural services and provide sound recommendations to customers.
• Respond to client inquiries and market the organization.
• Maintain existing accounts and develop relationships with new clients within the territory.
• Estimate time/cost for crews to perform tree work and generate written proposals.
• Schedule work, dispatch crews, and assist the District Manager.
