Job summary

Qualifications

• 9+ years relevant experience in secure software development and DevSecOps.

• Lead enterprise secure application development and DevSecOps automation initiatives.
• Define secure development standards and scalable automation frameworks.
• Oversee integration of security controls into CI/CD pipelines across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
• Provide technical authority on secure software architecture and security testing rigor; report risk posture to executives.

Place of Performance

Work performance locations under this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) may include Government sites, contractor facilities, or authorized remote environments.

The Government will determine the required clearance level based on sensitivity of work outlined in each Task Order.

Leads enterprise secure application development and DevSecOps automation initiatives supporting federal cybersecurity missions. Defines secure development standards, architects scalable automation frameworks, and oversees integration of security controls into CI/CD pipelines across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Ensures application-layer security controls align with NIST RMF, SSDF (NIST SP 800-218), and agency-specific mandates. Provides technical authority for secure software architecture decisions, validates security testing rigor, and delivers executive-level reporting on application security risk posture and remediation strategy.

• 9+ years relevant experience.
