Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Security Engineer to monitor access controls and security safeguards within a SOC environment. You will evaluate new technologies, triage alerts, and collaborate with product vendors to address vulnerabilities.

The role focuses on monitoring SIEM, vulnerability management, and incident coordination, requiring strong English skills and relevant CIS/CC credentials. Expect cross-functional interactions with IT and security teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ SOC experience handling triage alerts and threat hunting.
• 1-3 years as an Associate Security Engineer.
• Intermediate knowledge of information security principles.
• Intermediate knowledge of security-related systems and applications.
• Proficient knowledge of network infrastructure.
• Advanced understanding of SIEM technology.
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Networking, Cyber Security, or related field; ISC2 CC required.
