Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Foreman in Freeport, TX to lead two or more crews and coordinate daily operations. You will oversee equipment operation, drive efficiencies on site, ensure proper documentation, and maintain customer relations while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to wear protective clothing and equipment (Nomex coveralls, boots, respirator etc.).
• Must be able to work under extreme climate conditions (high heat, humidity).
• Must be able to withstand exposure to dust, chemicals, fumes and fluids.
• Minimum 2 years in the industrial cleaning industry
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Valid TWIC card
• Strong knowledge in the operation of hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification preferred or required

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority by following policies and working safely.
• Promote HPC-Industrial safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Manage a crew to safely complete HPC-Industrial operations.
• Timely and accurate completion and review of work documentation.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact professionally with customers and maintain good relations.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for a Foreman in Freeport, TX to join their safety conscious team! The Foreman is responsible for two or more crews by planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of the service line crew. This includes responsibility for the proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site and ensuring accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion. Ensures compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintains/improves good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.
• Promote HPC-Industrial's safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Manage a crew to safety and accurately complete HPC-Industrial operations.
• Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions.
• Train and develop equipment technicians. (5% - HPC-Industrial equipment technicians);
• Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner/exhibit excellent communication/human relation skills.
• Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to wear protective clothing or equipment. This includes, but is not limited to Nomex coveralls, back belts, slicker suits, rubber boots, a fresh air breathing mask and escape pack and a hard hat.
• Must be able to work under extreme climate conditions (excessive high heat index of 95+ degrees Fahrenheit, 98% humidity and subzero weather conditions) relative to geographic location.
• Must be able to withstand exposure to dust) chemical and environmental), fumes (chemical and fluids), exhaust and highly pressurized fluids.
• Minimum 2 years, verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Valid TWIC card
• Strong knowledge in the operation of equipment used in Hydroblasting and vacuum trucks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience of troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment is preferred.
