Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Modify existing reports under guidance and develop basic reporting solutions from defined requirements.
• Document report specifications, definitions, and data sources.
• Support users in retrieving data and understanding report content; provide training on BI tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
• Perform basic data validation and quality checks to ensure report accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior BI analysts, clinical informatics teams, and business users to understand reporting needs.

Overview:Job Description Summary:Supports the development of reporting and analytics solutions that drive operational, clinical, and financial decision-making across the healthcare enterprise. Learns healthcare data systems, assists with report development, and ensures data accuracy, working closely with more experienced analysts and stakeholders.Job Description:Essential Functions:Assists in the creation and maintenance of standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations.Modifies existing reports under guidance and develops basic reporting solutions from defined requirements.
