Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required and bar admission in good standing in California.
• 5 or more years of litigation experience for Trial Attorney.
• 7 or more years of litigation experience for Senior Trial Attorney.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Experience using Lexis, Westlaw, or similar legal research platforms.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims environment, insurance defense litigation, and legal procedure.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of Workers' Compensation litigation from evaluation through resolution.
• Develop case strategy with claims professionals and conduct discovery.
• Negotiate settlements, appear at hearings, and advocate for clients.
• Senior role: mentor colleagues and provide technical guidance on complex matters.
