Staffmark Group is hiring a Picker Packer in Irvine, CA. Earn $18 per hour with first or second shift options. You will be trained on the job while contributing to a fast-moving warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, inspecting items, labeling, scanning, and preparing orders for shipment. No heavy experience required—entry level with growth potential across safety-focused operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic warehouse knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, unloading, or shipping experience is a plus.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to meet productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately for shipment.
• Process returns and inspect products for quality.
• Unload inbound containers and shipments.
• Label, scan, stage, and wrap products for storage or shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization.
• Use warehouse scanning equipment and systems.
• Prepare orders for major retail customers and direct consumer shipments.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support general warehouse operations as assigned.
