Bozeman Site Services is hiring an Irrigation Technician to join our team. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, system operation, and irrigation maintenance, with the opportunity to transition into year‑round employment through winter snow services.

You'll work outdoors, diagnose problems, and ensure properties run efficiently. If you enjoy problem‑solving, working independently, and seeing immediate results, this position is a strong fit.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• One season of irrigation experience preferred.
• Able to work through the season (October preferred).
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform irrigation startups and system checks.
• Adjust controllers and ensure proper system operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation issues (leaks, coverage, zones).
• Assist with system audits and improvements.
• Complete repairs cleanly and efficiently.
• Keep job sites clean and professional.
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment.
• Track and log work accurately in Aspire.

We’re hiring an Irrigation Technician to join our team. This is a skilled, hands‑on role focused on troubleshooting, repairs, system operation, and irrigation maintenance. For employees who want to keep working after irrigation season, BSS also operates winter snow services, with opportunities to transition into winter work and continue employment year‑round.
