Job summary

Conserva Irrigation seeks a Level Two Technician to diagnose and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems, working independently and alongside a Sales Technician to apply SES® and CSA® processes.

Install smart controllers, expand systems, and maintain high workmanship outdoors. This role offers a clear career path, ongoing training, a fully equipped vehicle with industry-leading tools, and strong earning potential through production bonuses.

Qualifications

• Diagnose irrigation system issues and propose repairs.
• Maintain high quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Willingness to develop technical irrigation skills.
• Motivated by production bonuses and performance-based pay.
• Enjoy working outdoors and improving irrigation performance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation valves and manifolds
• Install smart irrigation controllers and advanced irrigation technology
• Enhance and expand existing irrigation systems
• Install drip and micro irrigation systems
• Install high tech sensors and flow sensing equipment
• Diagnose irrigation system problems and implement effective repairs
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
• Work independently, yet be part of a team working directly with a Sales Technician
• Assess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES® sales process
• Assess commercial irrigation systems through our proven CSA® sales process
• Advance to a Sales Technician role where you can finally put away your shovel for good
