Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for a full-time IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN I at TAMU West Texas Gr - 2401 Russell Long Boulevard, Canyon, TX 79016. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only.

The role requires two years of irrigation repair experience, a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, and a pay range of $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus benefits and same-day pay.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in irrigation repairs.

Responsibilities

• Repairs underground sprinkler and drip systems, including malfunctioning heads and nozzles.
• Adjusts spray heads for correct coverage.
• Mitigates all irrigation-related safety hazards.
• Deploys for emergency response due to inclement weather, i.e. snow and ice, tornado or other crisis.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
