Qualifications

• Must be able to perform all essential responsibilities and duties satisfactorily.
• Six (6) to twelve (12) months of previous commercial experience as crew member preferred.
• Age 18+ and legal to work in Hawaii.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability per company policy.
• Pesticide license preferred (Fertilization).

Responsibilities

• Be able to perform all responsibilities of an irrigation technician.
• Assist in performing various irrigation functions.
• Oversee equipment safety and maintenance, including oil/grease checks.
• Ensure PPE use and safety guidelines are followed on site.
• Interface with clients and maintain quality control on job sites.
• Identify irrigation deficiencies and report to Operations/Account Managers.
• Participate in training programs for irrigation procedures.
• Provide estimates and manage water usage on assigned projects.
• Operate pumps and irrigation equipment; handle material and supply logistics.
• Work weekends/overtime as needed; adapt to weather conditions.
