Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Irrigation Tech Level II to monitor, diagnose, and repair complex irrigation systems on client sites. You will perform inspections, plan upgrades, and ensure optimal system performance with minimal supervision.

The role requires hands-on experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to create/read site maps. Bilingual Spanish is preferred to support diverse client bases and field teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of productive experience in the installation, inspection, and repair of irrigation systems.
• A valid driver’s license
• Proficient knowledge of trenchers, multi-meters, wire locators, ditchers and pipe sizing are also essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Ability to create and read site map-colored charts/legends.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

• Irrigation Tech Level II demonstrates proficient knowledge of irrigation systems and works independently to monitor, diagnose, and repair complex issues. This role performs comprehensive inspections and system upgrades with minimal oversight, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Duties And Responsibilities

Education And Experience

Physical Demands/Requirements

• Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking and repetitive motions.
• Must be able to perform medium work exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/up to 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Must possess the visual acuity to operate equipment and motor vehicles, perform trades tasks, inspect the work of others, and review work for accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness.

Work Environment

• Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic
• Work near or about natural bodies of water.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions – temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.

Compensation Pay Range

$25-$38/hour depending on experience
