Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking an Irrigation Tech Lead to oversee irrigation systems at multiple facilities and lead maintenance teams. The role emphasizes hands-on installation, repair, and testing of irrigation components, sensors, and controllers.

The candidate will supervise tasks, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with facilities teams. Four+ years in irrigation-related work plus a high school diploma are required; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in sprinkler irrigation installation, repair and maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; and to present information and respond to questions.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and piping materials (PVC/plastic, metal, copper and ABS).

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and assigns tasks and coordinates work schedules for coverage and special projects.
• Maintains supplies and equipment to ensure proper operation and safety.
• Trains and assists workers, performing duties with the team.
• Repairs and adjusts irrigation components and valves; troubleshoots controllers and sensors.
• Monitors system checks and reports on water usage and performance.
