Job summary

Elite Landscape is seeking an Irrigation Specialist to join our commercial landscaping team in Texas. You’ll install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems year-round, diagnosing issues and ensuring optimal performance on diverse properties.

You will also mentor colleagues, coordinate daily tasks with leadership, and keep precise records while upholding safety standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in irrigation services.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems on commercial properties throughout the year.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation system issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with general landscaping tasks as needed to support overall property maintenance.
• Coach and mentor team members in irrigation and landscaping best practices.
• Work closely with the Divisions Production Manager and Operations Manager to plan and execute daily assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company standards in all tasks.
