Job summary

Pentair is seeking an Assembly Operator for the 2nd shift on our Delavan, WI facility. You will assemble, test, and package irrigation pumps, performing quality checks and supporting a safe, efficient production line.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and wearing steel-toed shoes. Compensation starts at $18.50 per hour plus an 8% shift premium with opportunities for rate increases after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recent manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations including electrical connections and decal application to produce a variety of Agricultural type pumps.
• Administer high pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards.
• Perform final packaging operations.
• Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.
