Duininck Golf is seeking an Assistant Project Superintendent – Irrigation to support planning, installation, and commissioning of golf course irrigation systems across multiple sites. You will coordinate with contractors, supervise field crews, and help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

The role requires long hours, travel between project locations, and hands-on supervision on active sites.

Qualifications

• Must have safety mindset and follow protocols on active construction sites.
• Strong teamwork and communication with crews, architects, and clients.
• Experience or knowledge in golf course irrigation construction and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate irrigation-related work with contractors and suppliers.
• Supervise field crews on-site to ensure progress, quality, and safety.
• Inspect irrigation work to meet specifications and standards and document issues.
