Job summary

The Triumph Group, on behalf of Leibold Irrigation, Inc., seeks an Irrigation Project Assistant Supervisor to support the installation of a complete irrigation system at Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

The role involves coordinating daily field operations, assisting with installations across 63 holes, working outdoors, learning from an experienced Project Supervisor, and developing field leadership and project coordination skills while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• Knowledge of golf course operations and environments is required.
• Reading plans and following detailed instructions is essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are expected.
• Self-directed, motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily irrigation installation activities.
• Coordinate daily assignments with the Project Supervisor.
• Lead by example with professionalism, dependability and a positive attitude.
• Assist with locating utilities in coordination with local providers.
• Perform GPS-related work before, during, and after mainline installations.
• Read and interpret irrigation plans and specifications.
• Assist with installing pipe, wiring, valves and irrigation heads.
• Help program irrigation stations and maintain project schedules.
