Job summary

The Grounds Guys are hiring a Landscaping Irrigation Team Lead to guide a crew of irrigation technicians on residential and commercial properties. The role requires overseeing daily schedules, maintaining equipment, and delivering top-notch service to customers while promoting accountability and team retention.

Applicants should have irrigation or landscaping experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to obtain necessary certifications within six months.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, irrigation, or similar service industries.
• Ability to install pipe, heads, valves, wire, controllers, and sensors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to complete all required certifications and licenses within 6 months if not already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a crew of Irrigation Technicians.
• Walk job sites and monitor quality control.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and used properly.
• Help structure routes and organize daily schedules.
• Provide training and development of team members.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers and help resolve service issues.
