Job summary
Premier Services in West Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced Irrigation & Lighting Technician to install, repair, and service irrigation systems and outdoor landscape lighting for residential and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of irrigation repair experience, hands-on troubleshooting skills, valid driver's license, and can work independently while focusing on quality and customer service. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of irrigation repair and maintenance experience.
- Experience with landscape lighting installation and troubleshooting preferred.
- Strong understanding of irrigation components and system diagnostics.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work independently and manage service routes.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform spring irrigation turn-ons and fall blow-outs/winterizations.
- Troubleshoot and repair non-functioning irrigation systems.
- Install and maintain outdoor landscape lighting systems.
- Diagnose and repair controllers, valves, heads, and drip systems.
- Complete scheduled service calls and preventative maintenance.
- Accurately complete work orders and service documentation.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
