Job summary

Norris Design seeks a full‑time Irrigation Designer to contribute to landscape and irrigation design projects across the Western United States including Colorado. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience and a passion for thoughtful, built environments.

You'll work with a national team, use AutoCAD and related tools, and collaborate across disciplines. A degree in landscape architecture or equivalent is preferred, with strong design and communication skills valued.

Qualifications

• Proficient with AutoCAD, Word and Excel; knowledge in LandFX Irrigation is beneficial.
• 2+ years irrigation or irrigation construction experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or related technical degree (or associates degree/certification) preferred

Irrigation Designers | Arizona, Colorado, Texas, or Utah

2+ years of experience

We are searching for full‑time Irrigation Designers to add to our talented team. The ideal candidate shall have 2 years relevant experience at a professional organization (including internships) and the desire to work on landscape and irrigation design projects throughout the Western United States.

Our Baseline

The candidate shall be proficient with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and having knowledge in Land FX Irrigation, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop is beneficial. The candidate shall be enthusiastic and creative as well as think proactively and work well in a collaborative environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program or other relevant technical degree or Associates degree/certification preferred

And/or 2+ years irrigation or irrigation construction experience

• The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000.
