Job summary

Tri Scapes, Inc. seeks hardworking irrigation crew members to install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems on commercial and high-end residential sites.

You will report to the Crew Leader and work in the field alongside a dedicated team to keep landscapes healthy and green. Ideal candidates have hands-on irrigation or outdoor labor experience, physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, and familiarity with PVC piping and low-voltage wiring.

Qualifications

• Hands-on irrigation repair, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred.
• Able to dig trenches, lift 50+ lbs, and perform strenuous outdoor work.
• Familiarity with PVC piping, fittings, low-voltage wiring, and sprinkler systems.
• Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to take direction from crew leaders while working efficiently as a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lay pipe, install sprinkler heads, wire low-voltage valves, and set up drip or micro-irrigation lines according to site plans.
• Safely operate shovels, trenchers, and power equipment to dig, backfill, and restore grounds cleanly.
• Help inspect zones to spot leaks, broken heads, clogged nozzles, low pressure, or faulty valves, and perform fast repairs.
• Safely handle hand tools, power tools, and light machinery for pipe fitting, cutting, and electrical wiring.
• Adjust spray heads, clear debris, check rain sensors, and assist in setting irrigation controllers.
• Work alongside landscape crew members to keep job sites clean, safe, and on schedule.

In this hands-on role, you will work directly in the field installing, digging, maintaining, and repairing irrigation and water delivery systems to keep our clients' landscapes healthy and green. • Ability to dig trenches, lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform strenuous physical labor outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions.
• Familiarity with standard PVC piping, fittings, low-voltage wiring, and common sprinkler/drip systems.
• Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to take direction from crew leaders while working efficiently as a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, preferred but not required
