A workforce solutions provider is seeking skilled Iron Workers, Millwrights, and Riggers in Sweetwater, Texas. Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Millwright, Iron Worker, or Rigger preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical manuals.
  • Familiarity with welding, cutting, and rigging equipment.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.

Job Description

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

We’re currently seeking skilled Iron Workers, Millwrights, and Riggers to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have experience working in industrial environments, setting machinery, rigging heavy equipment, and/or erecting steel structures. If you are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, move, align, and level heavy machinery and equipment
  • Fabricate and erect steel structures
  • Use rigging techniques to safely lift and position heavy components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Operate cranes, forklifts, and other industrial equipment (as certified)
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems as needed
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with OSHA standards
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Millwright, Iron Worker, or Rigger preferred
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical manuals
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with welding, cutting, and rigging equipment
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various job sites
