Job summary

Aerotek is seeking Structural Ironworkers for a data center project in Houston, TX. This onsite, full-time role involves erection of structural steel and equipment supports for mission-critical infrastructure with travel as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of related experience, can read drawings to AISC details, and hold OSHA 10 or equivalent. Strong safety mindset and willingness to work extended hours are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of ironworking experience on commercial, industrial, or heavy-civil structural steel, or equivalent military experience.
• Ability to read structural and erection drawings and work to AISC connection details.
• Hands-on proficiency with structural bolt-up, cutting, and safe use of aerial lifts, ladders, and material-handling equipment.
• Willingness to work at heights, outdoors, and on a changing construction site.
• Strong safety mindset with current OSHA 10 or equivalent training.
• Willingness to work extended hours, nights, and weekends during critical construction windows.
