Responsibilities

• Read drawings, understand layouts and follow directions precisely.
• Erect, position, align, bolt, and secure structural steel and metal components.
• Guide steel during lifts with cranes and rigging crews.
• Align, bolt, and weld pieces per plans and standards.
• Prepare and secure loads for hoisting.
• Communicate clearly with operators.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
