Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry-level to advanced helper roles across Levels 1–4, with increasing responsibility.
• Must be physically capable of lifting and climbing, with ability to work at heights.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist Journeyman Ironworkers with erection, installation, and assembly of structural steel and iron.
• Assist with rigging, bolt-up, fit-up, alignment, and positioning of structural steel.
• Help with material handling, preparation, and positioning; operate hand and power tools as required.
• Load, unload, stage, and move steel, tools, and equipment; follow supervision and safety rules.
• Maintain tools and work areas in safe condition and comply with site safety requirements.
