Job summary

PCL Industrial Construction Co. is seeking Structural Ironworkers for the Duroc Data Center Project in Abilene, Texas. The role involves fabricating, installing, and aligning steel structures with a safety-focused team and opportunities for career advancement.

Ideal candidates will have journeyman experience, be able to read blueprints and specifications, and proficient in aligning, bolting, welding, and riveting. Cranes, rigging, and fall protection experience are preferred.

PCL Industrial Construction Co. is seeking Structural Ironworkers for their Duroc Data Center Project in Abilene, Texas. This role involves fabricating, installing, and aligning steel structures while working with a safety-oriented and innovative team. What You'll Need

• Experience as a Structural Ironworker Journeyman
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications
• Proficiency in aligning, bolting, welding, and riveting steel components
• Experience with cranes, rigging, and signal methods
• Ability to fabricate and install steel structures, catwalks, support systems, and bracing
• Skill in layout and fit-up for structural assemblies
• Experience cutting and welding metal components using various techniques
• Ability to inspect and verify structural alignment, bolt torque, and weld quality
• Comfort working at heights using fall protection systems, scaffolds, ladders, and aerial lifts
• Collaboration skills with crane operators, riggers, welders, and other trades
• Ability to determine reinforcing rod requirements and cut rebar to length
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol test required
