Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Clinical Research & IRB Specialist to coordinate complex regulatory and operational aspects of clinical trials and IRB activities. The specialist will oversee trial workflows, manage regulatory submissions, and ensure compliance with FDA regulations.

A candidate must have a paralegal degree or related education, along with significant experience in compliance and contract coordination. This part-time position requires strong project management and communication skills, with a focus on achieving optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of a paralegal or legal studies program or associate’s degree in a related field.
• Progressively responsible experience in legal, compliance, contracts, or regulatory support roles.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing, drafting, and coordinating contracts or other formal agreements.
• Proven ability to provide guidance, training, or oversight to other staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support clinical trial protocols for Cancer and Pharmacy Research.
• Manage Clinical Research Trial contract workflows and budget oversight.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation for audits and inspections.
• Develop and deliver training for investigators and research staff related to IRB processes.
