You will supervise IRA administrators, monitor account activity, and provide guidance on regulatory matters.

The role requires 4–7 years of IRA experience, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience servicing IRA accounts or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Managerial experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Bank's IRA database, including review of documentation, daily and monthly reports and account setup.
• Supervises and supports IRA department, including day to day management, development, and performance reviews.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Maintain knowledge of tax laws related to IRA accounts and impact on customers.
• Educate clients on options related to their accounts while staying within regulatory rules.
• Review and prepare end-of-year tax documentation (1099-R, 5498).
• Build relationships with customers and educate on products/services.
