• Advanced knowledge of Traditional and Roth IRAs.
• Front-line call center and operational support experience.
• Ability to verify documentation and process distribution requests.
• Experience with 401(k) rollovers and IRA account inquiries.
• Ability to protect confidential data and follow data security policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line call center and operational support to IRA Owners.
• Assist IRA Owners with back-office functions and data input.
• Process IRA service agreements and initial applications.
• Handle distribution requests and IRA account inquiries within defined service levels.
