Mount Carmel Dublin’s Cardiovascular Interventional Procedural Department seeks a Registered Nurse Specialist to oversee and coordinate nursing care in Radiology. The role involves collaborating with physicians and technologists during diagnostic/therapeutic procedures and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based patient care within the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum of two years medical/surgical experience; critical care experience preferred or Radiology RN certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care and ensures patient safety.
• Assesses and evaluates patient care and develops a care plan with patient/family.
• Communicates with team to update on patient status.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and outcomes according to standards.
