Job summary

Optigy Group seeks an Interventional Radiologist (MD/DO) for urgent locum tenens coverage in Indiana, Merrillville. The role blends heavy IR procedures with about 50% diagnostic/subspecialty reads across two hospital sites and requires active Indiana licensure.

The position features 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST scheduling and ongoing/open-ended coverage. Board eligibility within 5 years is acceptable; fellowship is not required, with preference for Body/MSK/Neuro or General Radiology skills and strong

Qualifications

• Active Indiana medical license required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years.
• Strong IR procedural experience.
• Willing to cross-read General Diagnostic Radiology.
• Coverage for 7 days a week with 65 RVU per shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IR coverage with a heavy IR procedural mix.
• Support diagnostic and subspecialty reads (~50%).
• Cross-read Body, MSK, Neuro or General Radiology.
• Manage call coverage.
• Work across two hospital locations.
