Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking an IQC Inspector I for swing shift on the finance side to review incoming material documentation and release materials for manufacturing use.

The role focuses on QA documentation, ERP transactions (SAP), and enforcing traceability. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, basic inspection skills, and the ability to learn GD&T concepts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; AS Engineering degree a bonus.
• 0-2 years related experience or training.
• Ability to review technical documents and manufacturing records.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.
• Willingness to learn SAP/ERP and electronic quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Review Certificates of Conformance and supplier documentation for PO/drawings/specs.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of incoming material docs.
• Process material release transactions in SAP/ERP.
• Create and maintain inspection history records and QA documents.
• Ensure traceability information is complete and accurate.
• Assist with nonconforming material documentation and quality notifications.
• Support inventory accuracy and disposition processes.
• Perform visual inspection of incoming materials and assemblies.
