Job summary

MSR-FSR is seeking detail-oriented individuals for on-site installation and maintenance of semiconductor support equipment. The role involves installing pumps, chillers, and abatement units, with some electrical work, while keeping detailed records and coordinating with customers and teammates.

Ideal candidates have some maintenance experience, strong customer interface skills, and basic electrical knowledge, including use of a digital multimeter.

Entry Level IQ Technicians Responsibilities
  • Performs on-site installations of support equipment for semiconductor equipment
  • Includes installation of pumps, chillers and abatement units with hardware piping and some electrical
  • Maintains records and reports as required
  • Coordinates activities with peers, supervisor(s) and customers
  • Incumbents are responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and security of company property, tools, etc.
  • Employees must also maintain standards of conduct acceptable to customers to maintain credentials for being on customer site(s)
Entry Level IQ Technicians Qualifications:
  • 0+ year previous experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment
  • Excellent customer interface skills is required
  • An understanding of electricity and experience with use for a digital multimeter is required
  • Mechanical aptitude is required as well as an ability to use appropriate tools
  • Thorough understanding of technical issues involving the maintenance, repair and/or installation of company equipment and company procedures are required
  • High School Diploma
  • Must be willing to work a compressed work week (10% night shift differential applies if a night shift)

  • You must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective eye wear, hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, and respirators.
  • Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs, catwalks, and other types of uneven surfaces where activity inspections are needed.
