Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in New Stanton, PA is seeking a Warehouse IQ Auditor to inspect incoming loads for quality and compliance with standards. The role involves documenting deviations and communicating violations with supporting photographs.

You will validate information prior to reporting findings and may cross-train as a clerk. The position is 3rd shift, Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM – finish, paying $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• High-energy, fast-paced environment requiring physical effort.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training provided.
• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs.

• Document root causes with photographs (up to 50 angles).
• Validate information prior to reporting violations.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for auditing the quality of incoming loads, ensuring compliance with established standards, and identifying any deviations.

Opportunity

• Identify and document root causes through tablet procedures
• Communicate violations by gathering up to 50 photographs using multiple angles if necessary
• Validate information prior to reporting violations
• Able to cross‑train in the clerk position

Requirements

• High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast‑paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25‑75 lbs; materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate
