Job summary

KLS Martin seeks a diligent Quality Inspector to join our Jacksonville, FL team. You will perform finished part and product examinations to standards, using metric measurements and SAP-based records as applicable, ensuring conformance with IPS Final QA duties.

This role supports our CMF and cardiothoracic surgical solutions, with in-house training and a commitment to quality. A high school diploma and basic MS Office skills are required; prior QA experience is helpful, and strong teamwork is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work experience in similar environment helpful.
• Use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Use of SAP preferred but not required.
• Math skills using the metric system.

Responsibilities

• Performs finished parts and product examination and inspections to standards.
• Has knowledge of metric system and capable of using measurement equipment on inspection material.
• Able to perform all essential IPS Final Quality Assurance duties and responsibilities including receiving raw materials, in process inspections, and final inspections.
• Has knowledge and complies with the sampling process.
• Assists with the compliance of the Unique Device Identification (UDI) System
• Communicates and assist with nonconforming material
• Entries documented and tracked in SAP.
• Contributes and assists with process improvement initiatives
• Assures quality assurance areas are kept in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Performs finished parts and product examination and inspections to standards.
• Has knowledge of metric system and capable of using measurement equipment on inspection material.
• Able to perform all essential IPS Final Quality Assurance duties and responsibilities which include, but not limited to receiving raw materials, In process inspections, and final inspections.
• Has knowledge and complies with the sampling process.
• Assists with the compliance of the Unique Device Identification (UDI) System
