Job summary

EY is seeking a transaction advisory Senior in the Equity Capital Markets space to advise clients through transformative capital markets transactions. You’ll help position equity stories, model transactions, and support underwriting strategy while coordinating with project management teams.

The role requires 2–4 years in the Equity Capital Markets group at a major bank, Series licenses, and strong analytical, networking, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2–4 years of recent Equity Capital Markets experience at a major investment bank.
• Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 securities licenses (in good standing).
• Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on strategic financing opportunities and transaction management.
• Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and analyses.
• Researching, reviewing and analyzing precedent transactions.
• Being a flexible and energetic part of a dynamic team helping companies achieve transformative capital markets transactions.
• Advise companies regarding strategic transaction alternatives.
• Provide expert, tailored advice to C-suite executives ahead of negotiations.
• Supervise, coach and mentor other team members in preparing presentations and materials.
• Contribute to business development and team initiatives.
