Job summary

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking a seasoned Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations for a multi-location RV dealership group and drive IPO readiness. The role reports to the CFO, supervises the Accounting Manager, and partners with GMs, lenders, and external advisors to ensure accurate GAAP financials and strong internal controls.

Ideal candidates will have CPA/CMA credentials, 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, and dealership or industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• MBA preferred
• CPA or CMA certification helpful

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings according to GAAP
• Manage financial reporting packages for multi-location dealerships
• Lead internal controls design and SOX readiness for pre-IPO
• Coordinate audits and liaise with CFO, external advisors
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses for store performance
