Pest-End, Inc. is seeking a dedicated IPM Technician to deliver high-quality pest management using Integrated Pest Management strategies. The role centers on customer service, technical aptitude, and long-term growth within a family-owned company.

You will identify pests, apply treatments safely, educate clients, and support a growing team with a focus on reliable performance and continual learning in pest control techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in IPM techniques.

Responsibilities

• Identify pests and assess infestation levels.
• Apply chemical and non-chemical treatments safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor pest activity and adjust treatment strategies.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment and manage inventory.
• Educate clients on pest behavior and preventive measures.
• Complete detailed service reports.
• Respond promptly to urgent pest situations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Check email at least twice daily.
• Embrace new procedures and technologies as the company grows.
