Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in entomology, horticulture, plant sciences, integrated pest management, ecology, applied biology, or related field by appointment time.
• Demonstrated research excellence and ability to secure funding.
• Experience in extension and outreach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a research/extension program addressing Maryland's green industry.
• Contribute to undergraduate and graduate teaching and mentoring.
• Engage stakeholders and promote adoption of IPM strategies.
• Collaborate across department, college, university, and Extension networks.
