Apple is seeking an iPhone Hardware Engineering Program Manager (iPhone HW EPM) in Cupertino, CA. You will lead cross-functional teams of electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to plan, deliver, and integrate HW sub-systems such as flex-PCBAs, PCBAs, and development boards into flagship devices.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and supplier alignment, while communicating the big picture to project teams and management.

Our engineering program management group drives program/project development activities and discussions with an exceptionally diverse collection of personalities and ideas. As an iPhone Hardware EPM, you will work with a cross-functional team of skilled Electrical and Mechanical engineers, and use your solid EE/CE/ME background to recognize, assess, and communicate issues and risks. This will include planning, release, and delivery of HW sub-systems like flexible printed circuit boards, development boards or printed circuit boards that are an integral part of iPhone system product development. Together with our team, you will continue to uphold and contribute to the Apple product development process and help deliver the world’s most successful portable consumer products!

Description

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $144,600 and $263,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
