Job summary

Marina Sirras & Associates LLC, a boutique legal recruiting firm, is seeking a Trademark Partner for offices in New York, Northern NJ, Rochester, Buffalo, and Albany. Some portable business is preferred but not required. This position is not open to remote candidates. The salary is between $175k to $450k.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of IP law experience, including trademark prosecution, management of international portfolios, and enforcement, with strong writing and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IP law, including trademark prosecution, clearance searches, management of international trademark portfolios, trademark enforcement and anti-counterfeiting.
• Experience with licensing and other IP transactional agreements.
• Litigation experience before federal courts and the TTAB.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing, verbal, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
