Jobot is seeking an IP Trademark Paralegal to join a prominent AmLaw Firm’s Copyright and Branding team in Scottsdale. The role focuses on high-level trademark prosecution, international portfolio management, and exposure to a broad range of client industries.

You will act as a subject matter expert, handling complex filings, searches, and IP due diligence. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of IP experience with strong knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, and international rules.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of IP experience supporting large trademark portfolios.

• Proficiency in understanding IP docket and deadlines and maintaining Secondary Docket.
• Experience with International trademark filings, renewals, ownership transfers.
• Experience with Trademark searches, watch notices, copyright filings, and IP due diligence projects.

• 5 + years of Intellectual Property experience supporting large Trademark Portfolios
• Knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, and international trademark rules and procedures
