Qualifications

• Top law school credentials and strong IP/patent litigation experience.
• Undergraduate degree in technical fields (highly preferred).
• CAFC clerkship experience is a plus.
• Experience with PTAB disputes is bonus.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle patent litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Participate in PTAB disputes and appellate matters.
• Work with clients in tech and engineering sectors.
• Conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings, and lead discovery.
