The successful candidate will collaborate across the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation unit, develop legal strategies, and manage multiple matters under pressure while maintaining excellent academic credentials and bar eligibility.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of patent litigation experience.
• Background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence preferred.
• Active bar license in the state of residence or commitment to obtain one.
• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
• Develop and articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
• Manage multiple projects effectively under pressure.
