Job Details

• 3+ years of experience handling intellectual property litigation matters
• Meaningful experience with patent and/or trademark disputes in federal court preferred but not required
• Strong legal writing skills, including briefs and substantive motions
• Ability to manage technically complex issues and work with technical experts
• Experience coordinating with or overseeing outside counsel
• Prior exposure to IP prosecution, portfolio management, or close collaboration with prosecution teams is a plus
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team
