Ashton North LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its national Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group, focusing on patent and trade secret disputes for innovative clients. This hybrid role offers exposure to federal court, ITC, and PTAB proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates will have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, 2–4 years of IP litigation experience, and relevant trial/ITC/IPR exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–4 years of substantive IP litigation experience, including patent and/or trade secret disputes.
• Trial experience, ITC, and IPR knowledge highly valued.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in EE/CS/Physics/Chemistry/Biochem/ChE/Mech or equivalent preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

A prestigious international AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact patent and trade secret disputes for some of the world’s most innovative companies. The team is known for its success in high-stakes litigation in federal courts across the country, before the International Trade Commission (ITC), and in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
• 2-4 years of substantive experience in intellectual property litigation, including patent and/or trade secret disputes
• Trial experience, IPR proceedings, and ITC litigation experience are highly valued
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation: Expected annual salary range of $235,000-$310,000, as determined by experience and market factors
