Job summary

America Networks is seeking a Software Application Programmer/Coder with at least two years of experience, including Java development and backend work on Linux environments. Proficiency in JavaScript, Springboot, NodeJs, RESTful services, and databases is highly valued.

Experience with React, React Native, HTML, and native mobile development is desirable. Strong communication and teamwork within an Agile environment are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or related field.
• Master of Science preferred.
• At least two years of work experience.
• Java development experience (at least one year).
• Backend development with Java and JavaScript on Linux is desirable.
• Experience with Springboot and NodeJs is highly desired.
• RESTful Web Services experience is highly desirable.
• Relational databases experience (Oracle, MySQL).
• Experience with Agile development is highly desired.
• Experience with React, React Native, and HTML is highly desired.
• Experience with native mobile development (Android/iOS) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and JavaScript.
• Collaborate in an Agile team to design, implement, and test software.
