Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced iOS Technical Lead to drive design, development and delivery of high-performance native mobile apps. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with architects, product owners and scrum teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software development with 5+ years in mobile, strong OOP and Swift expertise, and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on mobile development experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with architects to implement high-performance iOS applications.
• Lead system analysis, design, development, and implementation of native mobile apps.
• Translate user stories into technical design, code, and test artifacts.
• Mentor team members on platform usage, performance optimization, and best practices.
• Research and adopt modern software development techniques to improve quality and velocity.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to balance business value and technical debt.
• Ensure code quality through design, code, and test reviews.
• Support deployments across development, test, and production environments.
• Provide post-production support, documentation, and change management.
• Contribute to a highly collaborative and inclusive team environment.
